Is my boyfriend a cheat? is a question that has been asked millions of times by girls from every corner of the world.
This question could be brought about for a few different reasons. Has he had affairs before. Has he started to behave out of character? Are your family or friends telling you they’ve seen things? Or it could be that you suffer with jealousy.
Try not to dwell too much on your suspicions at the moment, it won’t do you any good at all. This is no good for your health and it will end up making you paranoid. You will need to find out for definite, if your boyfriend is cheating on you, and if so, is making up with him going to be something that you are going to consider
The one thing that you should not do is to face him with your suspicions unless you have something to back them up with. You could make things worse by throwing false accusations in his face. This will probably result in feelings of anger, and even doubts about the relationship, if he is innocent.
If he is guilty, then all you will be doing is letting him know that you think something is going on, and this will mean that he will start becoming more careful. The last thing that you want to do is to alert him about your suspicions.
Make sure before you confront him that you have enough evidence to back up your ideas. There are a few things which you will need to look for.
Keep a eye on the way he acts towards you, see if he’s starting to treat you differently. Try to think if anything else maybe happening in his life for these changes, apart from cheating.
The changes you will need to look out for mainly are the following:
Is he spending less time with you?
Is he starting to cause arguments for no apparent reason?
Is he saying he has to work late more often?
Has he stopped letting you see his phone?
When you enter a room does he suddenly hang the phone up?
If you are only noticing a 1 or 2 of the changes listed, then it does not mean that he is cheating on you. If on the other hand you are noticing lots of changes, then there might be a problem with your relationship.
When you do sit down to talk to him do it calmy, don’t give him an excuse to walk away, make sure you have gathered enough information about your suspicions he will then find it really difficult to deny it all. Write your suspicions down on paper, keep a record of all suspicious behaviour, this will show that it is not all in your head.
