3. Be romantic, even if you aren’t. Buy here some jewelry, get her some perfume, send flowers and tell her romantic things. Women love romance.

Anyway, these are things to do once you are back together, but what do you do now to get back together with ex?

Become the kind of guy she wants to date. Buy some new clothes. Begin exercising. Pay more attention to the news or current events. Do things that might be out of character for you so that you can talk about things that may surprise her when you meet.

For instance, if she thinks all you care about is baseball, then tell her that you were thinking of riding horses some weekend and would she like to come along. [A good example of this might be that if she thinks all you care about is baseball, then surprise her by inviting her to ride horses or go to the opera. This will surprise her because she has it in her mind that you wouldn’t do anything outside of the baseball world.

You might also try to date some popular girls. In demand girls date in-demand guys. If you are seeing an in-demand girl, she will come to think of you as an in-demand guy. Her whole ‘picture’ of you will change.

She’ll see you as some kind of valuable thing that she threw away and maybe, just maybe, she was wrong.

When you want to get back together with ex, you need to realize that there is a new power relationship at play. You no longer belong to each other exclusively. Instead, you are two independent spheres rotating around the other.

Many guys don’t realize that this power shift has occurred. While they are down in the dumps about the break up, they don’t change their behavior pattern toward their ex. This is a big mistake.

When you want to get back together with your ex, then you will need to take advantage of that shift in power. You will woo her by changing the things that she doesn’t like about you or the relationship, become the in-demand guy that all girls want to date, and be a little bit unavailable to her.

If these things don’t work, she probably has moved on and you won’t have much hope of jump starting anything.

However, in almost all cases, because women are fickle creatures, you can usually get back together with ex.
